Participants
- Designed for educators, administrators, and policymakers who aim to influence and lead within the Chinese education system.
Practising and aspiring school leaders, including principals, middle leaders, teacher leaders, curriculum leaders and policymakers are encouraged to apply. Participants should also be highly motivated, ambitious, and willing to question and share expertise.
Programme structure and Curriculum
The MA(CVBLE) is a 24-credit-point (cp) programme comprising 8 courses. Each course carries 3 cps. Students must complete 4 core courses and 4 elective courses.

Programme Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs)
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:

General Admission Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a role that offers opportunities to exercise leadership at the group, organization or system level
- Shortlisted applicants are required to attend an admission interview.
- Applicants from institutions where English is not the medium of instruction are required to demonstrate English proficiency that meets our established standards. This proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.
- Priority will be given to applicants who have achieved excellent scores in the recognized English proficiency tests.
